Terroir & vineyards
Mas Neuf lies in the middle of an exceptional environment, between lakes and the Mediterranean Sea. This is where we make fresh and unique white and rosé wines. Mas Neuf “le blanc” is made with the traditional grape from Vic la Gardiole, the Muscat petits grains, which brings aromas going from the tropical fruits to the vivacity of white fruits. We bring colombard and vermentino to the blend, to add complexity and vivacity.
Vinification and aging
Our quest of getting the purest and most aromatic juices starts in the vineyard and continues in the cellar. A vibrating reception quay allows us to directly salvage 70% of the juice, and send the rest to the pneumatic pressing. This is how we manage to preserve all the aromatics and freshness in our wines. We then vinify the wines at low temperature and proceed to the blend, where the complementarity of the grapes will make this cuvée unique.
A light pale color with a nice aromatic complexity nose with white flowers, exotic and citrus fruits. This wine is crisp, fruit-driven, dazzling, refreshing
