Terroir & vineyards
The vines are located in the northernmost part of the estate, hidden between two valleys on tertiary marl terraces on a lacustrine limestone bed. The warm and dry Mediterranean climate is tempered by the sea winds. Mas de Lunès is located in the middle of an unspoilt ecosystem of Mediterranean scrubland.

Vinification and aging
The grapes are harvested at night by a grape picking machine with embedded sorting to preserve the aromatic freshness of the grapes. The grapes are directly pressed then we operate a cold static settling before the alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (15-18 ° C). The wine is then aged for 4 months in stainless steel vats.
This Viognier offers a pale color with green highlights and a nose of white fruit (apricot, nectarine). The mouth is very round with many aromas supported by a beautiful vivacity.
