Terroir & vineyards
The vines of More Of Lunes Rose used for this vintage are planted on a clay-limestone complex, covered with mainly calcareous pebbles, and terraces of clay marl. The warm and dry Mediterranean climate is tempered by the sea winds. The estate is located in the middle of an ecosystem preserved Mediterranean scrubland.
An assembly composed equally of Grenache and Syrah.
Vinification and aging
The grapes are harvested at night by a grape picking machine with embedded sorting to preserve the aromatic freshness of the grapes. The grapes are directly pressed then we operate a cold static settling before the alcoholic fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (15-18 ° C). The wine is then aged for 4 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees.
