Terroir & vineyards
The 320 Blanc is an exceptional cuvée originating from densely planted vineyards (7000 vines per hectare) on a plateau of limestone rock soil (“éclat calcaires”) with an average yield of 30 hl/ha. The protected designation of origin “AOP Terrasses du Larzac” cannot be awarded to white wines. This wine is therefore classed as a Languedoc Blanc. Nevertheless, it is a unique product that bears many of the hallmarks of the Domaine du Causse d’Arboras. Selection of densely planted vines (6000 vines/ha). Warm, dry Mediterranean climate, tempered by altitude and the continental influence of the Larzac.
A wine made from an assemblage of Vermentino (45%), Roussanne (35%) and Marsanne (20%). Some of the highest limestone rock (éclats calcaires) plateaus in the Languedoc
