The landscape is breathtaking. A feeling of fullness is invading you. You are 320 meters above sea level, at the foot of Mont Saint-Baudille, the highest point in the Hérault Valley. Nicknamed the “Sentinelle du Larzac”, it marks the passage from the plain to the Larzac plateau. It is there, overlooking the medieval village of Arboras, its former silkworm and its castle of the seventeenth century, that extends the Causse d’Arboras. Cut by a deep natural fault, this exceptional place with dramatic geography enjoys a panoramic view of the entire Hérault Valley, as far as the Mediterranean Sea.
In order to respect this wild territory, the entire vineyard has been certified AB (organic farming) since 2010.
