Terroir & vineyards
The vines of Domaine le Pive are planted on a ground composed solely of fine sands of marine and wind origin of the Camargue coast. The warm and dry Mediterranean climate is tempered by the proximity of the sea.
A subtle blend of Viognier (40%), Sauvignon Blanc (40%) and Roussanne (20%).
Vinification and aging
The grapes are harvested at night to preserve the aromatic freshness of the grapes. Once harvested, we operate a direct pressing followed by static cold settling. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15-18 ° C. This white wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for 3 months on fine lees.
A straw-yellow wine with an intense nose of apricot, pomelo and white flowers. The freshness is remarkable in the mouth, it follows a light and fruity finish.
Met & Wine Agreement
Enjoy at 10-12 ° C as an aperitif or with a mixed salad, fresh goat cheese or pear pie.
