Terroir & vineyards
The vines of Domaine le Pive are planted on a ground composed solely of fine sands of marine and wind origin of the Camargue coast. The warm and dry Mediterranean climate is tempered by the proximity of the sea.
A fresh and light wine, like the region where it originated: the Camargue.
Vinification and aging
The grapes are harvested at night to preserve the aromatic freshness of the grapes. Once harvested, we operate a direct pressing followed by static cold settling. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15-18 ° C. This white wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for 3 months on fine lees.
A wine with a golden color and a subtle nose with aromas of vanilla and toast. On the palate, a nice balance ending in a round and vanilla finish.
Met & Wine Agreement
Enjoy at 10-12 ° C with a veal blanquette, a white butter fish or a tarte tatin.
