Nocturnal mechanical harvesting and manual harvesting for certain parcels that are too steep or in goblets. Stalking. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25 ° C. Maceration under 10-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
An intense red color offering beautiful purple reflections. An expressive nose mixing aromas of red fruits and fresh blacks (raspberry, blackcurrant), spicy notes and minerality (gunflint). The palate is balanced with silky tannins, a remarkable freshness that extends to a finish with finesse.
Met & Wine Agreement
Enjoy at 14-15 °C with meats (veal or lamb).
